    HARLAN -- Mary Dell Hayes, 64, Harlan, died November 29 in Des Moines.    Services were held Thursday, Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.  Visitation was Thursday from 9-11 a.m.

    HARLAN -- Bradney Ray McQueen, 67, Harlan, died December 7 at Methodist Hospital.    Services will be held Sunday, Dec. 12 at 3 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Farragut Cemetery at a later date.  Visitation is Sunday from 1-3 p.m.

    IRWIN -- Kathleen Joyce Fries, 82, Irwin, died November 30 at her home.    Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 4 at 11 a.m. at United Methodist Church in Kirkman.  Visitation is Saturday from 10-11 a.m.

    MOVILLE -- Harold P. Kloewer, 87, Moville, died Tuesday, Nov. 23 at the Correctionville Specialty Care.    A funeral mass will be held Saturday, Dec. 4 at 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter Catholic Church in Defiance with burial in the St.

    ELK HORN -- Andrew Stephen Kissel, 85, Elk Horn, died November 24.    Services will be held at a later date.    He is survived by his wife, Fern; children John, Michael (Christy) and Karen; brothers Dave and John; and four grandchildren.

    CHARLES CITY -- Betty Lusk, 76, Charles City, formerly of Harlan, died Friday, November 26 at the 11th Street Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City.    A funeral service for Betty Lusk will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4, at First Baptist Church in Charles City with burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Floyd.    Visitation will be held at Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Dec.

    KIRKMAN -- Michael Rasmussen, 73, Kirkman, died October 29 at his home.    Services will be held Thursday, Dec. 2 at 10:30 a.m.

    HARLAN -- Marna Lou Weisenborn, 81, Harlan, died November 22 at Hansen House in Harlan.    Services were held Saturday, Nov. 27 at 1:30 p.m.

    Word has been received of the death of Mary Weihs.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, Dec. 4 at 2 p.m. at St. Boniface Cemetery in Westphalia.    The family will be meeting after the burial at the Westphalia Clubhouse.  Everyone is encouraged to stop in to express their condolences.    Survivors include siblings Mark Weihs and Jane (Weihs) McCullough.

    HARLAN -- The Rev. Paul Koch, 86, Harlan, died November 23 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.    Services were held Saturday, Nov. 27 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church in Panama with burial in the St.

    EARLING -- Mary H. Finken, 92, Earling, died November 15 at Sibley Specialty Care.    Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 4 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling with burial in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Earling.  A Catholic Daughter’s Rosary will be held Friday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. at the church.  Visitation is Friday from 4-8 p.m.

    AURELIA -- Richard “Dick” Bonnesen, 80, Aurelia, formerly of Elk Horn, died November 18 at Accura Healthcare in Aurelia.    Services were held Monday, Nov. 22 at 10:30 a.m.

    COLUMBIA, MO -- Roycene Knudsen, 36, Columbia, MO, died November 6 at her home.    Services were held Saturday, Nov. 20 at 1:30 p.m.

    HARLAN -- Lyle J. Kline, 48, Harlan, died November 15 at his home.    Services will be held Friday, Nov. 26 at 1 p.m.
