    CARROLL -- Robert Oswald, 91, Carroll, formerly of Harlan, died Saturday, Nov. 13 at St. Anthony Nursing Home in Carroll.    Services will be held Friday, Nov. 19 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church St. John Paul II Parish in Carroll with burial at 2 p.m. Friday at the Harlan Cemetery.  Military honors will be conducted by the Harlan American Legion.    Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m.
