    ELK HORN -- Robert Eugene Kuster, 94, Elk Horn, died February 4 at the Salem Lutheran Home.    Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Persia with burial in the Valley View Cemetery at Persia.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 10-11 a.m.

    OMAHA, NE -- Ann R. Gaul, 92, Omaha, NE, formerly of Shelby County, died January 28.    Gaul is survived by her sons: Scott (Nancy), Lee (Diane) and Chris (Sandi); grandchildren Tom (Kristen), Michelle, Nick, Courtney, and Mark; Great-granddaughter, Yael.     REDONDO BEACH, CA - Word has been received of the death of former Harlanite, Scott Roecker, 58, Redondo Beach, CA, on Monday, January 31.    He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; daughters Hannah and Deegan; brothers Greg (Denise Van De Berg), Harlan; Todd (Jolene), Atlantic, IA; and Marc (Kim) Roecker, Lebanon, MO.    He was the son of the late Orv & Lee Roecker, Harlan, and was a senior project manager / construction manager for Jaco

    WOODBINE -- Ralph Kramer, 94, Woodbine, died January 9 at the Rose Vista Nursing Home in Woodbine.    Ralph is survived by his wife Eula Kramer of Woodbine, Iowa; eight children, Regina (Stan) Knudsen of Escondido, California, Karla Martin of Harlan, Iowa, Colleen (Mike) Hansen of Tennant, Iowa, June (Jim) Goeser of Omaha, Nebraska, Ralph Kramer Jr.

    HARLAN -- Kenneth “Casey” Edwin Christensen, 85, Harlan, died January 27 at University of Nebraska Medical Center.    Services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.  Visitation is Tuesday from noon-2 p.m. at the funeral home.    Christensen is survived by granddaughter Amanda (Taylor) Pappas of Omaha, NE; and friend Debbie Stendrup of Harlan.

    LOGAN -- George Franklin Oliver, 66, Logan,  formerly of Harlan, died January 16 at his home.    Services will be held Monday, Jan. 31 at 2 p.m.
