HARLAN -- Daniel Coy Emerson Riley, 25, Harlan, died June 18 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. HARLAN -- June E. Schaben, 62, Harlan, died Monday, June 18 in Omaha.     ATLANTIC - Charles D Vieth, 96, Atlantic died Friday, June 8 at the Heritage House here.    Following a three-year stint in the U.S. Navy during WWII, he returned to Oakland opening a Dairy Queen there and in Harlan in 1952.
