Betty Specht, 77

    WESTPHALIA -- Betty Specht, 77, Westphalia, died April 4 at Elm Crest Retirement Community in Harlan.    Services will be held Monday, April 22 at 11 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Westphalia with burial at a later date.  Visitation is April 22 from 9-11 a.m. at the church.    Specht is survived by grandson Tristan Specht of East Earl, PA; brother Leo “Spike” (Alice) Kloewer of Harlan; and sister Leona “Jonsey” Klein of Westphalia.    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
