Scheffler breaks Lady Vike record for career rebounds

 AVOCA -- AHSTW senior Kinsey Scheffler became the school’s all-time girls basketball leader in career rebounds last month, breaking the school mark of 543 previously held by Casey Peters during the Lady Vikes’ December 13 home game against Audubon.
 Scheffler enters January with 573 career rebounds and is averaging 15.3 points and 8.8 rebounds per game as a senior for AHSTW, which will take an 8-1 record into its January 7 home game vs. Treynor.
