HCHS girls golfers fourth at H-10 meet

 COUNCIL BLUFFS -- Maggie Langenfeld and Amber Gross both earned second-team all-conference status on Tuesday, leading Harlan Community to a fourth-place finish at the Hawkeye Ten Conference Girls Golf Tournament held at Council Bluffs’ Fox Run Golf Club.
 Langenfeld placed ninth out of 12 medalists with an 18-hole score of 92 that feature a 42 on the back nine. She took a 10 on the par-5 sixth hole that possibly prevented a first-team all-conference spot among the top six.
