HCHS Class 4-A state semifinal volleyball match Thursday

CEDAR RAPIDS -- Harlan Community extended its stay at the 2015 State Volleyball Tournament Tuesday afternoon with a three-set sweep of Pella (25-16, 25-21, 25-22) at the US Cellular Center.
The 2nd-ranked Cyclones (36-5) will now face No. 8 Bishop Heelan (31-13) in a Class 4-A state semifinal match Thursday at noon, court 2. The winner will face either top-ranked West Delaware (47-2) or No. 6 Lewis Central (33-5) in Friday's 4-A championship match at 12:15 p.m., center court at the US Cellular Center.
All five state finals will be broadcast live by Iowa Public Television.

Thursday game tickets are on sale at the HCHS office Wednesday, November 11 until 4:30 pm for $10.00. If the Cyclones win they will play on Friday. You will need to buy your tickets at the US Cellular Center for the Championship match.
 If Harlan Community plays in the State Championship match HCS will have a welcome home for the volleyball team at 8:30 p.m. in the HS gym on Friday, November 13.
