Exira-EHK rallies to victory

 ELK HORN (Jan. 24) -- Erasing a nine-point third quarter deficit, the Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton boys took their first lead in the fourth quarter and outlasted Woodbine 52-50 on Friday night.
 Creighton Nelson scored a team-high 18 points for the Spartans, followed by Hunter Andersen with 13 and Tyler Petersen 12.
 Andersen’s driving layup gave the Spartans the lead for good with about 20 seconds left and Creighton Nelson added a free throw with :02.5 to go.
