AHSTW sweeps home triangular

 AVOCA -- The AHSTW girls and boys golf teams both finished 2-0 in a season-opening home triangular meet Tuesday, beating Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton and Adair-Casey at the Avoca Golf Course.
 The Lady Vikes scored a 233, led by medalist Hannah Denning’s round of 52 and runner-up medalist Taylor Madden’s 56. Exira-EHK finished with a 266, paced by Katie Kunik’s 57, while Adair-Casey only had two golfers.
