William True, 85

    AVOCA -- William “Bill” Frank True, 85, Avoca, died June 9 at his home.
    Services will be held Wednesday, June 14 at 10 a.m. at United Church of Avoca with inurnment at a later date at the Graceland Cemetery at Avoca.  A prayer service will be held Tuesday, June 13 at 7 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca.  Visitation is Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
    True is survived by his wife, Joyce (Barker) True of Avoca; sons Terry (Connie) Pieken of Waterloo, Tim (Linda) Pieken of Avoca and Bill True II of Avoca; daughters Pam Beasley of Springfield, MO and Donna (Jeff) Slack of Viborg, SD; sister Dorothy Mathers of Fort Collins, CO; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
