Viola Skalla, 91

    AVOCA -- Viola S. Skalla, 91, Avoca, died October 9 at Myrtue Medical Center.
    Services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Church in Portsmouth with burial in the St. Mary’s Cemetery at Portsmouth.
    A wake service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. at the church.  Visitation is Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5-8 p.m. at the church.
    Skalla is survived by daughter Connie (Wayne) Juhl of Portsmouth; grandchildren Mike (Ranae) Juhl, Amy (Hank) Stork, Angie (Todd) Schreck and Molly (Joe) Leaders; and great-grandchildren Caleb and Lucas Juhl, Collin and Carley Stork, Jacob and Ty Schreck and Chazz and Tate Leaders.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
