HARLAN -- Verle E. Greer, 96, Harlan, died April 12 at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Memorial Mass will be held at a later date with burial in the Harlan Cemetery.
Greer is survived by daughters Carolyn (Jerry) Droszcz of Winfield, IL, Verlee (Steve) Terwilliger of San Diego, CA and Cheryl (Paul) LaRue of Minneapolis, MN; sons Russell (Tammi) Greer of Grinnell, James (Christina) Greer of Boulder, CO and Jerry (Laurie) Greer of San Jose, CA; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
