Tyrone Scheffler, 81

    HARLAN -- Tyrone “Ty” Scheffler, 81, Harlan, died Thursday, May 7 in Harlan.
    A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
    Scheffler is survived by his significant other, Sandy Brown, of Harlan; sons Curt (Cindy) Scheffler of Harlan, Thomas (Janis) Scheffler of Harlan and Clint Scheffler of Irwin; brothers Henry (Judy) Scheffler of Harlan and Jack (Linda) Scheffler of Harlan; sister Crystal (Jim) Boardman of Tennant; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
    Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
