GRIMES -- Melanie Scheuring, 35, Grimes, died April 19 at her home.
A private family service was held Saturday, April 25 at 11 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Defiance.
Scheuring is survived by her mother, Cindy (Koesters) Scheuring of Defiance; father Jim Scheuring of Defiance; sister Melissa Wenthe of Sheldon; brothers Brandon (Basil) Scheuring and James Scheuring, both of Defiance; nephew Isaac Wenthe; and nieces Aubree Wenthe and Alarie Scheuring.
