Marjorie Gubbels, 88

    HARLAN -- Marjorie Elizabeth Gubbels, 88, Harlan, died December 3 at Myrtue Medical Center.
    A private family Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, Dec. 7 at 11 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan with burial in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Panama.
    Gubbels is survived by sons Phil (Denise) Gubbels of Harlan, Dean (Norma) Gubbels of Panama, and Joe (Joan) Gubbels of Harlan; daughters Mary Lou (Mike) Tremel of Earling, and Susan (Mike) Wingert of Panama; daughter-in-law Carmie Gubbels of Earling; sisters Donna Escher, Judy Reynolds, and Rose Bledsoe; brothers Charles Fahn and Bill Fahn; sister-in-law Theresa Brinks; brother-in-law Norbert Krienert; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan was in charge of arrangements.
