James Kemp, 94

    ATLANTIC -- James W. Kemp, 94, Atlantic, died Friday, Dec. 9 at Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic.
    Services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 11 a.m. at United Church of Christ in Atlantic with lunch following and then burial with military honors by the Atlantic Color Guard at 1:30 p.m. at the Atlantic Cemetery.
    Kemp is originally from Shelby County and graduated from Harlan High School.  He is survived by his wife, Eunice; daughters Julie (Kent) Gade of Atlantic, Donna (Dan) Duggan of Omaha and Kim (Mike) Gaul of Ames; grandchildren Holly (Brian) Swartz, Jay (Mary) Simms, Michael (Stephanie) Duggan and Megan Gaul; stepgrandchildren Shana (Kevin) Elwood and Levi (Blaire) Gade; eight great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren; brother John (Velma); other relatives and friends.
