Eugene Peters, 88

    TENNANT -- Eugene Lyle Peters, 88, Tennant, died Friday, Oct. 4 in Harlan.
    Services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 10 a.m. at Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Shelby Cemetery in Shelby.  Friends were asked to call Monday, Oct. 7 from 3-8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
    Peters is survived by daughter Linda Peters of West Des Moines; son Ron (Donna) Peters of Tennant; brother Harold Peters of Tennant; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
