Ether Dea, 99

    AVOCA -- Esther M. Dea, 99, Avoca, died Monday, Aug. 8 in Avoca.
    Services will be held Friday, Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Avoca with burial in the Graceland Cemetery at Avoca.  A prayer service was held Thursday, Aug. 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the church.  Friends were asked to call Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the church.
    Dea is survived by daughters Donna Dea of Avoca and Kathleen (Thomas) Pattee of Avoca; son William (Sondra) Dea of Avoca; grandchildren Thomas Krohn of Mary Esther, FL, William (Amy) Pattee of Avoca, Michael (Jenny) Pattee of Hubbard, NE, Tamara (Eric) Lott of Cincinnati, OH, Quincy (Lea Anne) Dea of Treynor, Jana (Jeff) Schmitz of Harlan, Patrick Dea (partner Scott Booher) of Minneapolis, MN, and Franklin (Hope) Dea of Boise, ID; great-grandchildren Nathan, Ryan and Evan Pattee; Jake, Ben and Abby Wostoupal; Will and Thomas Pattee; Kaitlyn, Andrew, Jacob and Brianna Lott; Gallatin and Irelyn Dea; Kathleen, Ethan and Clara Schmitz; and Thomas, Jenni and Dustin Krohn; sisters-in-law Helen Dea of Avoca, Beverly Dea of Shelby and Mary Zimmerman of Council Bluffs; niece Shirley Kuebrich; nieces, nephews and good friends.
