SHELBY -- Doris Marie Ploen, 89, Shelby, died November 26 at Methodist Hospital.
Services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 10:30 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca with burial in the Minden Cemetery at Minden. Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ploen is survived by daughter Sylvia (Chuck) Terlouw of West Des Moines; son Larry Ploen of Shelby; grandchildren Amy (John) Tracy of West Des Moines and Laura (Jason Buttorf) Terlouw of San Francisco, CA; great-grandchildren Jocyln Tracy of West Des Moines, Jack Tracy of West Des Moines, Will Buttorf of San Francisco and Morgan Buttorf of San Fransisco; and twin sister Doloris Mauer of Council Bluffs.
