Donald Lundergard, 92

    AVOCA -- Donald James Lundergard, 92, Avoca, died June 2 at Avoca Specialty Care.
    Services will be held Saturday, June 6 at 10 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca with burial in the Grange Cemetery in Honey Creek.  Public visitation is Friday, June 5 from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.  Per CDC guidelines, social distancing standards will be observed.
    Lundergard is survived by his wife, Betty (Lundeen) Lundergard of Avoca; daughters Donna (Ron) Peters of Tennant and Luanne Lundergard of Omaha, NE; sister Mary (Ken) Kocour of Fort Dodge; grandchildren Eric (Jessica) Peters of Omaha, Lee (Melissa) Peters of Lincoln, NE and Cari (Zach) Wingert of Panama; great-grandchildren Ethan, Janna and Tyler Peters and Adeline Wingert; and sisters-in-law Marlene Lundergard of Logan and Carolyn (Jerry) Krajeski of Omaha.
