HARLAN -- Darlene Elsie Schuning, 88, Harlan, died January 9 at Elm Crest Assisted Living.
Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 13 at 10:30 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca with burial in the Minden Cemetery at Minden. Visitation is Friday, Jan. 12 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Schuning is survived by son Richard (Dyan) Schuning of Neola; daughters Diane (Calvin) Nielsen of Harlan and Marilyn (Pat) McKeighan of Council Bluffs; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
