LIFETIME OF MEMORIES

HARLAN -- In a few short weeks Anja Steiger of Germany, Alfonsina “Bonlli” de Santos Guzman of Mexico and Leonie Finkbeiner of Germany will be returning to their home countries with lots of great memories of Harlan and HCHS. The foreign exchange students were juniors at HCHS during the 2015-2016 school year.
    As they prepare to say goodbye to their host families and the many friends they have met during their stays in the United States they shared some memories and some of the challenges they faced as students in a different country.
