Kasperbauer to be presented student council award
HARLAN -- Toshia Kasperbauer, an instructor at the Harlan Community Middle School, will be awarded the Iowa Association of Student Council’s Warren E. Shull Middle School Advisor of the Year on October 26 at the 2015 Iowa Student Leadership Conference at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.
This is the first time the Iowa Association of Student Councils will give this award to a middle school advisor so Kasperbauer will be the first ever Iowa recipient. She will go on to compete at the national level.
