Harlan moving forward with abandoned property acquisition

HARLAN -- The City of Harlan has filed a petition in Shelby County District Court this month, seeking title to an abandoned property located at 904 Court St.
    According to court documents, the defendant is Jan Eric Pusch, trustee of the Jan Eric Pusch Revocable Trust dated July 10, 2011, as the owner of the real estate, dwelling and buildings at 904 Court St.  Documents said Pusch is from Omaha.
