CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Description:
Harlan, IA newspapers are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated customer service representative. This is a full-time, boots-on-the-ground position, perfect for someone looking to thrive in a field with vast potential and creativity. The successful candidate will create custom advertising packages to help clients gain desired business results. We are looking for someone who understands small business owners and can help them achieve business objectives through effective advertising campaigns. You’ll have a unique opportunity to sell to an existing advertising base.
In this position, you will:
- Work as a member of the revenue generation team to achieve monthly goals through collective efforts
- Develop results for clients through creative and effective print & digital campaigns
- Handle communications for the scheduling/approval process for campaign solutions
- Build trusting relationships with clients
- Support collection of receivables
