    HARLAN -- Jeff and Lori Swensen of Harlan announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Swensen to Dillon Carl Summers both of Harlan. Dillon is the son of Dale and Bonnie Summers, Runnells, IA.
    Cynthia is the granddaughter of the late Rocky and Leota Swensen, who were Harlan residents; and the late Charles and Karen Chancy, who were Chicago area residents.
