Birthday card shower will honor Ray Book’s 80th birthday
HARLAN -- Ray Book of Harlan will celebrate his 80th birthday on April 13. His family is planning a card shower in his honor. Cards will reach him if sent to 1211 Linden Road, Harlan, IA 51537.
He and his wife, Maxine’s family includes: Cathy and Vic Robertson, Brandt, SD; Michele and Jeff Sundholm, Harlan; Rose and Ron Stitz, Harlan; Deb and Paul Campbell, Hamlin; Patty and Bob Brue, Harlan; and their families.
Ray is a retired farmer and rural letter carrier. He was also the long-time local weatherman for KETV Channel 7.
