Former Harlanite Austa Phelps marks 100th birthday in January
MOLINE, IL -- Former Harlan resident Austa Phelps will mark her 100th birthday on January 30. A card shower is planned in her honor. Cards will reach her if sent to Austa Phelps at Amber Ridge, 900 43rd Street Rm 130, Moline, IL 61265.
Austa has three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her husband is the late Phil Phelps. Her son is the late Phillip John Phelps.
