1A District Boys Basketball: IKM-M 50, Audubon 48
MANNING (Feb. 15) -- The IKM-Manning boys basketball team survived the dreaded third matchup with a conference rival Thursday night, outlasting Audubon 50-48 in a Class 1A district quarterfinal game in Manning.
Alex Lingle led the Wolves with 17 points while Jared Johnson added 10 points, seven assists and four steals. Jackson Jensen led Audubon with 13 points, including four 3-pointers.
With the win, the Wolves (13-8) advance to host Boyer Valley (19-3) in a district semifinal game Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. The Bulldogs defeated Glidden-Ralston 64-47 on Thursday.
