Wolves finish eighth at Carroll sectional

 CARROLL -- The IKM-Manning boys golf team finished its season by placing eighth in last Friday’s (May 12) Class 2-A Sectional Tournament at the Carroll Country Club.
 Kuemper Catholic won the team title with a score of 318 and advanced to district play along with OA-BCIG (354) and East Sac County (367).
 The Wolves tallied a 399, led by Sam Gross with a 96 (43-53) and Jared Henkelman’s 98 (53-45). Trey Boyle and Tyler Henkelman were next in line with rounds of 102 and 103, respectively.
