Wheelers rally past IKM-M baseball team, 6-2

 AUDUBON (June 19) -- The IKM-Manning baseball team took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning but was held scoreless the rest of the way in a 6-2 loss at Audubon on Tuesday.
 The Wolves’ home games vs. Treynor Monday and Tri-Center Wednesday were both rained out. No make-up dates have been announced.
 IKM-M got on top early vs. the Wheelers when Alex Lingle doubled home Jared Johnson and Grant Stracke singled home Lingle in the first.
 Audubon freshman Joel Klocke allowed just two hits the rest of his outing, however, and was able to work around four hit batters and two walks during his five and two-thirds innings. Senior Josh Lange relieved Klocke in the sixth and retired all four batters he faced.
 Johnson took the loss for IKM-M (3-11, 3-9 WIC), allowing eight hits and five earned runs in six innings. He walked three, hit a batter and struck out six.
