Vikings win 14-0 at Lawton-Bronson

 LAWTON (Sept. 1) -- Gage Clay caught an 80-yard touchdown pass from R.J. Harris and also scored on a 34-yard run Friday night, leading AHSTW to a 14-0 non-district win at Lawton-Bronson. The 9th-ranked (1-A) Vikings improved to 2-0 overall entering this week’s District 7 opener vs. Tri-Center (1-1).
 A 100-meter dash state champion last spring, Clay had a breakout game on the football field Friday, catching three passes for 122 yards and netting 42 yards on the ground. Gabe Pauley added 87 rushing yards on 17 carries and Harris completed 6-of-14 pass attempts for 138 yards, one TD and one interception.
 Kyle Branan converted both extra point kicks and the AHSTW defense pitched its first shutout of the season.
