Trojans top Cyclone boys by six strokes in Harlan

 HARLAN (April 23) -- Ben Renaud and Matt Gearheart both shot sub-40 rounds Monday at the Harlan Golf and Country Club, leading the Atlantic boys to a six-stroke victory over Harlan Community, 172 to 178.
 The Cyclones were led by Jay Swanson’s five-over-par round of 41, which included a birdie on the par-5 seventh hole. Kevin Campbell carded a 44, highlighted by a nice birdie putt on No. 4, while Ryan DeMott finished with a 46 and Mason Peters and Blake Goshorn both shot 47.
 Renaud took home medalist honors with an even-par 36 and Gearheart was the runner-up with a 39 for the Trojans, who improved to 3-1 in dual competition.
