Ram tennis girls defeat HCHS, 8-1

 HARLAN -- Harlan Community seniors Jessica DuVal and Maggie McGrath earned an 8-6 win in the number-one doubles match Tuesday, but it was the only Cyclone victory as Glenwood topped HCHS, 8-1, in girls tennis.
 DuVal was also involved in a hard-fought No. 1 singles match that came down to a tiebreaker. She came up short against Ram junior Abby Osterloh, 8-9 (4-7). Glenwood won the remaining varsity matches much more handily, although McGrath was competitive in a 5-8 loss to Sam Umberger.
