Cyclone kicker’s donation drive goes through November 30

HARLAN - Harlan Community senior Kyle Knudson, son of Rodney and Rhonda Knudson, Harlan, is continuing his Friday, November 30 goal to raise $1,500 this year toward Kicking For The Dream, a fund drive created by former Harlanite and NFL kicker Billy Cundiff as a way to support the Colleen’s Dream Foundation and its fight against ovarian cancer.
“I would like to thank everyone who has donated for making this season more than just winning on the football field. Without you this season would not have been successful off the field,” Knudson said.
Kicking For The Dream enables kickers from around the U.S. to participate in raising awareness and money to help support early detection and advanced treatment research of ovarian cancer.
It’s done by allowing kickers to create their own fundraising profile page on the Kicking For The Dream web site and raise money for every PAT, touchback and field goal they score for their team.
Knudson has his own donation page: kftd.colleensdream.org/kyle-knudson or call at 755-7628 to make a donation.
