Virgil Christensen

    HARLAN -- Virgil L. Christensen, Harlan, died Thursday, Aug. 2 at Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, NE.
    A memorial service will be held at a later date.
    Christensen is survived by his wife, Joyce LaVonne Christensen, of Harlan; daughter Debbie Christensen Larsen of Harlan; sons Tim (Joan) Christensen of Bennington, NE and Kevvin (Sue) Christensen of Omaha; grandchildren Cole Larsen and Reece Larsen, both of Carroll, Mitch Christensen and Clint (Colleen) Christensen, both of Omaha, Danielle Christensen of Minneapolis, MN, and Devin (Li-Dunn) Chen of Calvary, Canada; great-grandchildren Ava and Augie Christensen; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
