Vernon Holdsworth, 94

    HARLAN -- Vernon Holdsworth, 94, Harlan, died July 20 at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.
    Services were held Monday, July 23 at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Harlan with burial in the Arlington Heights Cemetery in Audubon.
    Holdsworth is survived by spouse Della (Sheer) Holdsworth of Harlan; daughters Linda (Alan) Kuhlmann of Charter Oak, Connie (Jerry) Ahrenholtz of Defiance, Colleen (Roger) Andersen of Harlan, Becky (Denny) DeWild of Shenandoah and Carol (Tim) Whittaker of Letts; sons Don (Pat) Holdsworth of Harlan and Tom (Julie) Holdsworth of Oak Grove, MO; sister Virginia Mundt of Manilla; 25 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan was in charge of arrangements.
