Robert Meier, 77

    IRWIN -- Robert Lee Meier, 77, Irwin, died May 15 at Manning Regional Healthcare Center.
    Services were held Monday, May 20 at 10 a.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan with burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery at Irwin.
    Meier is survived by his wife, Janet (Best) Meier of Irwin; son David Meier of Irwin; daughters Kathy (Kevin Lingle) Freese of Manilla and Jenni (Derrick) Clouse of Manilla; sisters Rogena Schmidt of Griswold and Deanna (Marvin) Huebner of Persia; sisters-in-law Mona Meier of Council Bluffs, Gloria Meier of Tabor and Kathy Meier of Tabor; brother-in-law Nick Springman of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
