Randall "Randy" Lee Rademacker

Celebration of Life to be held July 13

SEBASTIAN, FL – Randall “Randy” Lee Rademacker was born in Fort Dodge on January 16th, 1957 to John “Jack” Rademacker and Lois Podey.
Randy was the ninth of 10 children. He graduated from Missouri Valley in 1975. He studied at the University of Nebraska — Lincoln. He later graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College Of Pharmacy where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Randy moved to Florida a few years ago to be closer to his two sisters, Debbie and Neoma “Tookie”. He was a free spirit who loved life and loved the ocean. Randy had many things to be proud of, but most of all, he was proud of his children and grandchildren. He was the best father and grandfather anyone could ask for. He had the biggest heart and was loved by so many.
 Randy was united in marriage to Jeannie Kilnoski in 1979. After his divorce he married Becky Baratta and was blessed with four beautiful step children; John, Gina, Jeremy and Jessica. Randy and Becky were blessed with a wonderful son, Drew and a beautiful daughter Tess. In 2010 Randy discovered he had another beautiful daughter, Melissa. Four months ago Randy met his soul mate, Carol-Ann Marty. In those four months they lived and loved a life time.
On the evening of June 25, 2018, Randy passed away peacefully at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce, FL. He suffered a brain bleed from complications with leukemia. He was surrounded by family. He was 61 years young.
Randy was preceded in death by: his father, Jack, mother, Lois, step-father Gus, brother Jim and his brother John
Randy is survived by his sons; Drew Rademacker (Amy) Carroll;  John Baratta (Heidi) Carroll; Jeremy Baratta (Nicole) Omaha, NE; daughters: Tess Rademacker (Joey) Manning;  Melissa Wehrli (Kevin) Blair, NE; Gina Rose (Will) Oakland; and Jessica Nepper (Aaron) Carroll;  sisters: Debbie Martin, Sebastian, FL;  Neoma (Tookie) Smith, Sebastian, FL;  Jan Langholz, Glenwood; Marlyce Schraeder , Denison;  Carol Ann Androy, Sacramento, CA; brothers:  Jeff Rademacker (Loretta), Lincoln, NE; Jason Eckermann (Michele) Harlan; and his chosen brother Don Rhoten of West Des Moines;  his girlfriend, Carol-Ann Marty of Vero Beach, FL. Randy had 23 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, July 13 from 3-5 p.m. in the Ballroom at the Harlan Country Club. Randy requested his ashes to be spread in the ocean which will take place as a celebration of life in Sebastian, FL at a later date.
