Melvin Knudson, 91

    CRESCENT -- Melvin Jake Knudson, 91, Crescent, died March 28.
    Services will be held Saturday, April 1 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Audubon with interment in the Danway Cemetery at Irwin.  Military honors will be provided by the Audubon American Legion Post #120 and the VFW Post #4119.
    Visitation is Friday, March 31 from 6-8 p.m. at Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel in Council Bluffs.
    Knudson is originally from the Kirkman area.  He is survived by son Tom (Eileen) Knudson, daughter Tammy (Bob) Nordstrom, ex-wife Lorraine Hansen, nieces and nephews, grandchildren Kyle and Ryan Nordstrom and Kristen (Glenn) Aiemjoy; and great-grandson Orion Aiemjoy.
