Max Klindt, 89

    AVOCA -- Max Lee Klindt, 89, Avoca, died May 24 at Avoca Specialty Care.
    Services will be held Thursday, May 31 at 10:30 a.m. at Altamont Baptist Church in Harlan with burial in the Cuppy’s Grove Cemetery in rural Harlan.  Visitation is Wednesday, May 30 from 6-9 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca.
    Klindt is survived by daughters Virginia (Don) Bubke of Avoca, Charlene (Ron) Ruffcorn of Avoca, Marjorie Bojanski of Council Bluffs and Bernitta (Bob) Goettsch of Avoca; brothers Ralph (Alice) Klindt of Avoca and James (Margy) Klindt of Atlantic; sisters-in-law Wilma Jean Klindt of Avoca and Janiece Schroder of Avoca; brothers-in-law Loren (Elaine) Schroder of Avoca and Marvin (Carole) Schroder of Walnut; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
