Lula Pingel, 108

    SHELBY -- Lula Margaret Pingel, 108, Shelby, died March 3 at Avoca Specialty Care.
    Services were held Thursday, March 8 at 10:30 a.m. at United Lutheran Church in Shelby with burial in the Shelby Cemetery.  Visitation was Thursday from 9-10:30 a.m. at the church.
    Pingel is survived by nieces Kathie (William Jr.) Barrett of Shelby, Ginni (Ken) Gibson of Iowa City, Artie Seeser of Clinton, Kay (Richard) Graham of Camanche, and Cindi (Kenny) Lind of Camanche; nephew Gary (Myra) Thomsen of Colorado Springs, CO; and cousin Dorothy Andersen of Shelby.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca was in charge of arrangements.
