Kathryn Martin, 87

    EARLING -- Kathryn A. Martin, 87, Earling, formerly of Shelby, died Friday, Jan. 12 in Earling.
    Services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. at Shelby United Methodist Church in Shelby with burial in the Shelby Cemetery.  Friends may call Tuesday from 1-2 p.m. at the church.
    Martin is survived by daughter Karen Martin of Neola; son Wayne (Susan) Martin of Shelby; sisters-in-law Carol Petersen, Delores Petersen and Ruth Petersen; grandchildren Katie (Aaron) Pattee, Amanda Guill, Doug Martin and Perry (Ashley) Martin; five great-grandchildren Brandon Guill, Ali Pattee, Aiden Pattee, Kya Martin and Everly Martin; other relatives and friends.
    Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
