Joseph Thraen, 76

    SARASOTA, FL -- Joseph A. Thraen, 76, Sarasota, FL, formerly of Earling, died Sunday, Dec. 3.  He was the son of the late Lawrence and Lavina Thraen of Earling.
    Thraen is survived by his special friend, Jan; children Tony of Omaha, NE, and Troy, Tanya and Tammy, all of Sarasota; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; brother John (Judy) Thraen of Earling; and sisters Mary (Bill) Andersen of Omaha and Myra (John) Buman of Harlan.
    Joseph was a beautician for 50+ years.
