John Eilts, 82

GRAND ISLAND, NE -- John Richard Eilts, 82, Grand Island, NE, died Sunday, April 16 at CHI Skilled Care.
    A graveside service was held Thursday, April 20 at 2:30 p.m. at the Layton Township Cemetery in Walnut.
    Eilts is a former Harlan resident.  He is survived by his wife, Barbara; children Christie (the late Dan) Schreiber of Eagle, NE, Randal (Lori) Eilts of Heath, TX, Brenda (Mark) Roth of Camarillo, CA, Laurie (Ed) Clark of Brenham, TX and Melissa (Tim) Schultz of Platte City, MO; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sisters Lois (Louie) Troll of Walnut, and Edna Carl of Corning; brother Ross (Linda) Eilts of Massena; nieces, nephews and friends.
