Harold G. McKeown, 90

    COUNCIL BLUFFS - Harold Gene McKeown, 90, a former Shelby County Engineer in the 1960s, died December 4 in Council Bluffs.
    He was founder and retired president of HGM Associates Inc. (first known as H. Gene McKeown and Associates, Inc.) engineering, architecture and land surveying firm in Council Bluffs and Omaha.
    Cutler-O’Neill Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
