    HANCOCK - Darren Jon Towne, 47, died Sat., Dec. 23 at his home in Hancock.
    Family will meet friends on Tues., Jan. 2 from noon to 1:30 p.m. with a visitation from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with services to follow at 1:30 p.m. all at Pauley Jones Funeral Home, Avoca, with burial Oak Hill Cemetery, Hancock.
    He is survived by his mother, Loraine (Hansen) Towne, Hancock; father, Kenneth Towne; son, Patrick Towne, Chicago, IL; daughter, Lauren Towne, Milwaukee, WI; sisters Andrea Turk, San Antonio, TX and Amy Towne Fort Collins, CO, brother Dale (Brenda) Towne, Neola; two nieces and five nephews.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home, Avoca, was in charge of the arrangements.
