Cynthia Pedersen, 68

    DES MOINES -- Cynthia Pedersen, 68, Des Moines, died February 2 at her home.
    Services will be held Thursday, March 1 at 10:30 a.m. at Peace United Church of Christ in Walnut with burial in the Layton Township Cemetery at Walnut.
    Pedersen is survived by daughter Tamara Marie (Matthew, Sr.) Routh of Des Moines; son Christopher Hegner Pedersen of Urbandale; sisters Carol (Douglas) Dimig of Atlantic, Janet (Scott) Haddock of Easton, MD and Nancy (Gary) Harmstead of Palm Coast, FL; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca is in charge of arrangements.
