Charles H. Frisby, 68

    COUNCIL BLUFFS - Charles H. Frisby, 68, formerly of Earling, died Wed., Dec. 28 at CHI Mercy Hospital here.
    He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Frisby, Council Bluffs; brothers, John (Valerie) Frisby, Sikes, LA; Paul (Bonnie) Frisby, Olla, LA; and  brother-in-law, John (Julie) Sealock, Treynor.
    A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tues., Jan. 3, at 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Catholic Church here.
    Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Homes, Council Bluffs were in charge of the arrangements.
